For clients who prefer a trial period without an annual engagement.

Ordiant is incentivized to exceed the expectations of its clients during the 6-month trial period such that they have confidence to enter into a longer term engagement format.

Clients can judge Ordiant’s ability to add value prior to making a longer-term commitment. Ordiant is highly aligned with the client.
Long Term (Annual or Multiyear)
For clients who wish to save with an annual or multiyear engagement.
Price Range
$16,500 to $27,500 per month*
Alignment
Our performance fees are tied to the client’s fundamental financial performance, such as free cash flow, offset by measures of risk, such as leverage and fixed charge coverage.
Benefits
Priced at a 10% to 15% discount to a short-term engagement format. Ordiant is highly aligned with the client.
* Subject to Ordiant’s underwriting of the engagement, inflation adjustments, Ordiant’s staffing on client relationships, the client’s objectives, and other similar factors.
