I founded Ordiant in early 2017 to fill a gap in the corporate financial advisory industry. I recognized that incumbents serve specialized and narrow needs. I envisioned a firm that would singularly focus on helping clients create value; one that would excel in the most critical situations, and that could dynamically adapt to the evolving needs of the companies it serves. Creating the highest quality firm for the benefit of clients is the basis from which we’ll continue to build.
Our Comprehensive Approach
We help client companies add meaningful incremental value, net of our fees, in clearly definable terms—often free cash flow to equity, or variations of economic profit, or economic value added. In practice, we build big financial models; we engage outside experts, we communicate extensively with management and key personnel; and we deeply evaluate operational, GAAP, and managerial accounting data. We gain unique insight that we use to help senior management and ownership execute value creation initiatives.
